The RTCA National Conference is very important to the Chaplaincy. From all over the country (and beyond), those who serve the horseracing industry through this special ministry will be able to gather and learn from each other. It’s a time to be equipped, to rest, to worship, to pray, and an essential time of fellowship.

This conference location this year is Falls Creek Conference Center in Davis, OK. This beautiful retreat is an escape from the day-to-day busyness and pressures we often find ourselves in. The surroundings will allow us to focus on God’s Word, God’s presence, and the friendship of God’s people. It’s a needed renewal in a Christ-Centered environment.

As always, the speakers, the workshops, trainings, and activities will be first rate. We’re excited about all the possibilities of serving there and pray each attendee will return to their ministries with renewed strength to share God's love.

Living Water is the theme of the 2024 RTCA National Conference.

The theme verse is “Whoever believes in me, as Scripture has said, rivers of living water will flow from within them.” John 7:38


NOTE: REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS! 1 Ticket = 1 Room

Even if you are bringing a spouse or rooming with a colleague, please always use "1" for the ticket quantity. Tickets that represent "Double Occupancy Rooms" will automatically count as two people.


There will be five different ticket categories:

  1. General Assembly Members and Spouses of General Assembly Members- Members and spouses of the RTCA General Assembly (Chaplains, Council Presidents, Ambassadors), and RTCA National Board members will use this ticket. List the quantity of people (either 1 or 2) and complete the required information for each person.
  2. Local Council Members and Local Chaplaincy Staff (Single Room)- If you are a member of a local Council or a paid local Chaplaincy staff member, and not sharing a room with a spouse or a colleague, you will use this ticket to register.
  3. Local Council Member and Local Chaplaincy Staff (Double Room)- If you are a member of a local Council or a paid local Chaplaincy staff member and will be attending the conference with a spouse, you will use this ticket to register. **Please note: If you are sharing a room with a colleague, use this ticket and list your roommate's name so we will know to place you together.
  4. Other Friends of RTCA Reservation (Single Room)- If you are a single attending the conference and do not fall under one of the designations above, use this ticket to register.
  5. Other Friends of RTCA Reservation (Double Room)- If you and your spouse are attending the conference and do not fall under one of the designations above, use this ticket to register. ***Please note: If you are sharing a room with a colleague, use this ticket and list your roommate's name so we will know to place you together.

About Falls Creek

Falls Creek has grown and expanded ever since its founding in 1917. With more than 50,000 young people attending the youth camp weeks every summer, tens of thousands have come to know Christ as their personal Savior. Thousands more have answered God’s call to full-time ministry on these sacred grounds.
However, Falls Creek is more than a summer camp for youth. It is a year-round conference center that serves any age range and hosts a wide variety of events annually. For almost 100 years, over two million people have attended Falls Creek and it’s all in gratitude to the provision of God.
